SHIPPING POLICY

PUDO LOCKER DELIVERY

Mlandu Fragrances offers PUDO locker-to-locker delivery throughout South Africa, subject to PUDO network coverage and locker availability.

• Orders with a final product subtotal below R500 are charged R50 for PUDO locker delivery.

• Orders with a final product subtotal of R500 or more qualify for free PUDO locker delivery.

• The R500 qualifying amount is calculated after all promotional discounts, discount codes and vouchers have been applied.

• Free delivery applies only to PUDO locker-to-locker delivery. It does not apply to door-to-door delivery.

SELECTING YOUR PUDO LOCKER

After placing an order using PUDO Locker Delivery, the customer must WhatsApp their order number and preferred PUDO locker name or location to 071 046 5757.

The parcel will be booked only after Mlandu Fragrances has confirmed the selected locker. If the requested locker is unavailable, the customer may be asked to select another locker.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct full name, mobile number, email address and PUDO locker details.

DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERY

Door-to-door courier delivery is available nationwide for R90.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate physical delivery address, contact number and any access information required for successful delivery.

Free PUDO locker delivery does not apply to door-to-door delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES

The estimated delivery time for both PUDO locker and door-to-door delivery is 2–4 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier availability, remote locations or circumstances beyond our control.

PUDO COLLECTION

PUDO will notify the customer when the parcel is ready for collection. The customer must collect it within the period specified in the PUDO notification.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to Mlandu Fragrances, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery or resending costs.

INCORRECT INFORMATION AND FAILED DELIVERY

Mlandu Fragrances is not responsible for delays, failed notifications or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If a door-to-door parcel cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable or provided incorrect information, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery or resending costs.

Mlandu Fragrances may amend this shipping policy or delivery offer when necessary. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
